Local Pittsburgh Delivery Zone

Pittsburgh delivery is on Sundays between 11 - 7 PM.

Please have your coolers and any delivery bags for return outside, if you are not present at the time of delivery.

Unpredictable weather could require amended delivery. We reserve the right to cancel/change/update delivery date/time, at our discretion.

We ship via Fedex

Place your order by Midnight Monday. Your order will then ship out the Following Tuesday unless stated otherwise on the weekly menu. All meals are shipped using *dry ice to ensure quality.

Shipping Fee's will apply during checkout.

Due toCOVID*FedExshipments could take an additional 1-2 days to be delivered. Please keep this in mind when ordering and also read our cancellation policy.

*All Questions about Non-delivered/ Late shipments (outside our local delivery zone) should be addressed to FedEx at 1-800-463-3339. Chip and Kale will provide FedEx Tracking number as per requested by Chip and Kale customers only.

*Disclaimer: Dry Ice is a Refrigerated solidified gas. DIRECT PHYSICAL CONTACT WITH DRY ICE MAY CAUSE COLD BURNS OR FROSTBITE.
