Place your meals in the freezer and cook when desired
Cook your meals according to easy to follow instructions, in little as 20 min, depending on the dish Each kit are frozen fresh, without preservatives and is labeled with easy to follow instructions that require only your pots and pans. You simply open the packages, follow the instructions to cook, and serve. You are on your way to a fantastic week of plant based dinners.
